Chrome Plating Process

Process Steps

The line follows a controlled sequence to prepare the parts, deposit the finish, and inspect the result.

  1. 01

    Surface Preparation

Clean and prepare parts to remove oil, oxides, and other contaminants that can affect adhesion.

  2. 02

    Nickel Bath

Deposit a nickel base layer to support adhesion and corrosion resistance.

  3. 03

    Chromium Plating

Electrodeposit chromium over the nickel layer in tanks with controlled temperature, current, and immersion time.

  4. 04

    Rinsing and Neutralization

Rinse and neutralize residual chemicals on the parts.

  5. 05

    Drying and Final Inspection

Dry the parts and inspect finish quality, brightness, and coating uniformity.
